Calendar Module

The Calendar module displays events from iCal/ICS calendar feeds on your digital signage.

Configuration

1. Add a Calendar widget to your layout
2. Enter the iCal Feed URL (from Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.)
3. Configure display options:
   • Date Range - How far ahead to show events
   • Number of Items - Maximum events to display
   • Styling - Colors, fonts, and layout template

Obtaining Calendar Feed URLs

Google CalendarOutlook/Office 365

1. Open Google Calendar Settings
2. Select the calendar
3. Scroll to "Integrate calendar"
4. Copy the "Secret address in iCal format"

1. Open Outlook Calendar
2. Go to Settings > Shared Calendars
3. Publish a calendar and copy the ICS link

Display Options

• List View - Events shown as a scrolling list
• Agenda View - Daily agenda format
• Custom templates for advanced styling

Refresh Interval

The calendar data refreshes at a configurable interval. The default is every 12 hours.
