SignageLab is a comprehensive digital signage platform that enables you to manage, schedule, and display dynamic content across multiple screens effortlessly.


Quick Start Guide

New to SignageLab? Follow these steps to get up and running:

  1. Log in to your SignageLab CMS with your credentials
  2. Connect your display devices using the Player App
  3. Upload media to your Library (images, videos, etc.)
  4. Design layouts using the drag & drop editor
  5. Schedule content to your displays

Key Sections


First Time Login

  1. Enter your SignageLab CMS URL in your browser
  2. Log in with the Username and Password provided
  3. On first login, update your password via User Profile (top right corner)
  4. Click Edit Profile, enter your current password, set a new password, and click Save

Two-Factor Authentication

For enhanced security, enable two-factor authentication from your User Profile:

  • Email - Receive a verification code via email
  • Google Authenticator - Use the authenticator app on your phone

Tip

Always generate and securely store your Recovery Codes when setting up two-factor authentication.

Notifications

Access notifications via the bell icon next to your User Profile. The Notification Centre displays system events and messages from administrators.


Showing Content on Displays

There are two main approaches:

If you have existing images or videos ready to display:

  1. Upload files to the Media Library
  2. Schedule them directly to your displays

If you want to create rich, multi-element displays:

  1. Open the Layout Editor
  2. Use Templates or start from a blank canvas
  3. Add widgets, text, images, and more
  4. Schedule your layouts to displays
