Library Search

The Library Search feature within the Layout Editor allows you to quickly find and add media files from your Library to your layouts.

  1. In the Layout Editor, open the Toolbox
  2. Click on Library Search
  3. Browse or search for media files by name
  4. Filter by media type (images, videos, etc.)
  5. Drag and drop files directly onto the canvas

Search Features

  • Text search - Type keywords to find files by name
  • Type filter - Filter by image, video, audio, etc.
  • Folder filter - Browse files within specific folders
  • Preview - Hover over thumbnails for a quick preview

Adding Media

Once you find the file you want:

  1. Drag the file from the search results
  2. Drop it onto the canvas
  3. Position and resize as needed
  4. Configure properties in the Properties Panel

Tip

You can also upload new files directly from the Library Search panel without leaving the Layout Editor.
