Display Reporting

Monitor display health, track content playback, and generate proof of play reports.

Display Status

The Displays grid shows real-time status for all displays:

  • Logged In - Last time the display contacted the CMS
  • Authorized - Whether the display is authorized
  • Media Inventory - Content sync status (complete/incomplete)

Status Colors

Color Meaning
Green Online and content up to date
Orange Online but content sync incomplete
Red Offline or not authorized

Proof of Play

Track what content played on each display:

Enabling Proof of Play

  1. Go to Administration > Settings > Displays
  2. Enable Stats Collection
  3. Or configure per-display in Display Settings profiles

Viewing Reports

  1. Navigate to Reporting
  2. Select the report type:
    • Proof of Play - What played, when, and for how long
    • Display Statistics - Connection and sync history
    • Library Usage - Media file usage statistics
    • Bandwidth - Data transfer statistics
  3. Filter by display, date range, and content
  4. Export reports as CSV or PDF

Screenshots

Request a screenshot from any display:

  1. Open the display's row menu
  2. Select Request Screenshot
  3. The player captures and uploads the current screen
  4. View the screenshot in the display details

Tip

Use screenshots to verify content is displaying correctly on remote displays.

Alerts

Configure alerts for display status changes:

  • Display goes offline
  • Content sync failures
  • Storage space warnings
